Over 20 years OES has been involved in project management and commissioning of over 1000 new-built and upgrade projects from land rigs to offshore rigs globally. Commissioning surveys include IDT or IAT testing, operating and load tests at full capacity to ensure all systems work in harmony under simultaneous operations. One of the primary objectives is to ensure ALL systems of the drilling rig will work in harmony with each other.
