Our commitment

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the AA level across every page of this website. Accessibility is reviewed as part of our regular design, development, and content workflows, and is a standing item in our recurring third-party audits.

What this statement covers

This statement applies to all pages served from www.oesgroup.com, including pages in all supported languages (English, Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Simplified Chinese, and Russian). Content managed through our content management system and downloadable documents (PDFs) are reviewed for accessibility on publication but may lag the standards set out for the core site.

Known limitations

We are working on the following accessibility items that do not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. If any of these prevent you from using the site as intended, please contact us so we can help and prioritise a fix.

• Some legacy PDF downloads are not fully tagged for screen readers; an accessible alternative is available on request.
• Certain third-party embedded content (for example, interactive map tiles) inherits accessibility from the provider and may not meet the same standard.
• Known items from the most recent audit are tracked internally and are being worked through on a rolling basis.

Formal status

This website is partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 AA. The known limitations above are the remaining gaps. This statement was prepared on 2026-04-23 and will be reviewed at least annually, and after any significant redesign.
